"We are looking for individuals who had previous experience managing agencies here in Upwork. A major part of the job is to look for new clients. Aside from the base salary, a bonus will also be given for every client that he/she brings in to the company. We are a Virtual Assistant company looking to expand our client base by looking for additional clients here in Upwork."

    1. Depende. I don't think your certificates will be relevant pero mga skills na natutunan mo sa TESDA could help you out, if the job requires is.
      In my opinion, it's not necessary.

    1. Our topic today? No, not really. We still get to talk about stuff good for newbies.
      The group? Definitely not. We always encourage newbies to join in all activities we have here.

    1. What will make things easier is to focus on skills that you enjoy doing. As mentioned by Noe, kung enjoy mo ang ginagawa mo, mabilis dumaan ang oras... and hindi mo mararamdaman ang hirap.

  1. Sir Phoenix. I have a question. You mentioned that you need a 5 star feedback from a previous client to attract more future clients.

    How do you ask for a feedback from a previous client? To showcase it to your future clients. Where will the client send his feedbacks?
