Sabi nila ang mga Pinoy madiskarte or maparaan.

Totoo naman kasi kahit saan bansa mo dalhin ang mga Pinoy laging standout yun galing at sipag natin.

Someone who is resourceful will always make opportunities fit his or her needs.

It’s all about seeing where you want to go and taking the first step toward it.

According to American author Tony Robbins, "It’s not the lack of resources that causes failure, it’s the lack of resourcefulness that causes failure."

Obstacles and setbacks will always be there.

Don’t be discouraged.

There’s more than one path toward success.

There are multiple paths or roads to achieving our dreams in life.

The most important thing to remember is to START.

Start where you are.

Use what you have.

What you can do

Meet Sally.

She used to own and manage her own computer rental shop.

In 2018, she was already aware of freelancing through her sister, but she ignored it because of her business.

However, the pandemic suddenly happened, and it prompted her to seriously pursue freelancing.

Her source of inspiration and motivation was her children.

She took the plunge and bravely started her freelancing journey.

Her work as a freelancer also taught her three important things: how to effectively make a proposal and time management.

Now, she earns $10 per hour from her research work client and $3 per hour for her data entry work via an agency.

At the end of the day, we can endure much more than we think we can.

We become unstoppable once we mix resourcefulness with determination.

Learn to think outside of the box.

Be more creative.

Her courage, resourcefulness, and perseverance led to her success.

  1. “Nung tinatry kong mag-isang mag-aral at mag-apply, akala ko kaya ko. Mahirap. Iba pa rin pag may magtuturo sayo lalo na kung experiyensado na. Mag-open ka lang sa kanila, they will help you.” - Sally

  2. Where will you be 5 years from now? “I have my own house. I’m still doing freelancing. I always share this - I have helped 2 friends already na OFW. Gusto ko rin magkaroon ng agency.” - Sally

  3. “Mag-iiba talaga ang mindset natin sa freelancing. Pag nag-succeed na tayo, mawawala yung bitterness, sense of competition, inggit - mapapalitan ng generosity. Positive ang magiging outlook niyo.” - Phoenix

  4. “Kahit mag-close ang business, mawalan ng trabaho, there’s a way na magkaroon ng another work. God will give you the way as long as alam mo yung gagawin mo, focused ka sa dream mo. Huwag kang titigil.” - Sally
