  1. I agree , sabi sakin ni client once nung medyo na.down ako kasi habang lumalaki yung company, padami ng pasami yung mga co.freelancers ko, and they all serve important roles sa company, sabi ni Client never treat yourself so smal just because you dont have the developers skills or the marketing skills, remember you do the paying, without you no one will work with me because I wont have the time to process their time sheets and do their payrolls and also you are the one na naghanap at nakahanap sa kanila

  2. When I resigned my corporate job, di ko alam paano ako mag-uumpisa sa freelancing. Kaya I decided to enroll sa VABootcamp. Iba kse ang experience ko. Dati akong IT Auditor and IT Support. More on technical skills kse ang alam ko. s

  3. how many times do create portfolio in order to get a job? actually I am a career shifter from an old obsolete skill and then transfer to a new one.
I want to be a web dev but most of the jobs online. they need someone who is an expert on it. with minimal experience and still a beginner on that particular skill how can manage this so that you can have a job?

      1. perhaps focus first your job-hunting efforts on a skill that can be learned fast like Virtual Assistance (freevacourse.com).

meanwhile, you can create your own experience in higher income skills like web development by--yes--creating samples. and also building a daily practice habit for your developer skills. one cool way to do this is thru apps like Sololearn or Grasshopper.

I use Sololearn to practice Javascript coding for 5 minutes a day. I didn't receive a traditional education for IT skills, but it's not stopping me from catching up.

  4. Aya Araquel Actually I am at training purgatory right now. The client needs me to have several skills on particular project. which I don't have yet because I am still new to this tech which is not my master.
