  2. Hi, I am watching from Pampanga.
    I am a freelance Food consultant, incuding Research and Development. Napansin ko lang, kapag nag qoute ang Employer, hindi nila nacoconsider ang cost of research as if readily available na ang info needed. Iam doing actuak research or recipe development as needed customized to the clients specification, but I cannot close a deal due to budger constraint.
