Sometimes, in the busyness of our lives (both personal and career-wise), we forget to take care of ourselves.

And that includes keeping our minds sharp โ€” especially as we age. (cough)

By making simple lifestyle changes, you can keep your mind strong and stay sharp.

For one, you must prioritize lifelong learning.

And no, I'm not saying you need to take a Ph.D. or any master's degree.

The ultimate goal is to challenge your brain.

It doesnโ€™t matter the challenge is a Masterโ€™s thesis, pursuance of a new hobby, or learning a new skill.

If your brain is learning something, itโ€™s staying sharp.

Got it?

Alright!

This is just one of the simple things you can do.

  1. Decluttering helps. Kami ni Jowi Morales gusto namin maaliwalas ang buong bahay. We keep what we need para magawa namin ang mga bagay na na-eenjoy namin to maintain our mind healthy.

  2. Sa oras ng nawawalan ka ng gana aralin ang lessons. Go back a bit kung para saan ang ginagawa mo. Kung anong mga dahilan para bumalik yung eagerness at para mas masharpen ang brain wag isstress. Enjoy and play. Just dont forget your goals.
