Kaye de Guzman, yes possible as long as you follow the process and commit to submitting proposals.
Enrolling in the VA Bootcamp courses is the first step - and applying the learning is the next - and that is where GHC comes in (after completing the Bootcamp - as this is a requirement), it is an opportunity to apply the learning with guidance from coaches. As I mentioned, the more (quality) cover letters you send, the high likelihood or probability of getting a client.
