  1. I want to share my Work routine. I work full time at home 8am to 10pm, may break in the middle. I have 2 daughter 1 is 12 and 5 yrs old, in the morning ako nag aasikaso ng food nila at hinahatid ko rin sila sa school. ( dahil si mommy ay working in the call center). pag uwi ko sa house ng 8am mag start na ako mag work, at around 10am mag prepare ng food namin for lunch kasama na ang dinner dun. Mag sundo sa school around 12pm then mag start ulit ng work around 2PM to 10PM. All my project is flexi schedule.

  3. I suffered some back pain a couple of months back kasi wala masyado activities so I started doing some long walks in the morning habang nagpapaaraw. I do that everyday habang namamalengke ng ulam for the day. Nakakatulong talaga sya to keep your mind sharp.

Thank you FLIP s opportunity.
