  1. Wow, 40 - and going - that is nice. Glad to know that you are keeping up there despite the ECQ. I can do 100 but 20 at at time with plenty of rests in between :-).

  2. Yes to progress - despite slow or little - as long as done regularly - like workouts - every little stress/strain or load put on muscles create micro-tears, which help to strengthen your muscles over time, until the muscles can fully handle the stress/strain or load placed on these.
