  1. Yes, lakas ng loob napag aaralan naman, need lang i-exercise. First thing first lang, Try to find legit and my mga result na group like vabootcamp then take action (as what I did)

  2. Tama po, kung pwede mag dagdag ng advantage, doable options, stepping stones or pag-asa, why not nga naman. If need mag close doors sa mga pangarap o hilig natin, it's not permanent, need lang milestone or himayhimayin ung big goal natin into smaller sections of a bigger progress in total

  3. Minsan kasi sa isip natin kayang-kaya ang multiple clients dahil sa bahay lang nagwo-work. Pero mahirap din kapag nacompromise ang credibility mo as a freelancer, time, and health. Kaya be wiseful.

  4. Hello po Coach Bong
Thank you so much po at naaalala nyo po yung journey ko po during our time as admin intern

Maraming salamat po for always supporting us even after the internship, sa time and sa mga payo nyo po. Sobrang treasure and blessing po kayo sa aming mga VAB Students & FLIP members

  5. Kapalan ang muka = be assertive. Most actions and results ay di manggaling sa iba, it will come from decisions to apply things we learn. Plus we need to choose to want being strong for others or even ourselves. Mas matakot po tayo mapagiwanan o mahirapan sa goals natin dahil ala tayo ginawa or marami tayo pinagliban, kaya let's do it , hanggat may buhay, pde lagi bumawi, push lang!
