Did the pandemic hit you hard?

I believe most of us are impacted by this current crisis.

Many people lost their jobs and other sources of income.

Good thing there’s an option to earn more and achieve financial freedom in the freelancing world.

However, when the pandemic hit, he decided to transition to full-time freelance work.

His ultimate motivation?

To pursue freelancing with a serious mindset is a pandemic situation.

He is now earning almost 6 digits per month.

BUT...it’s not all roses and rainbows for him.

Check out his full story and get to know him more on this replay.

Q & A

Saan po kayo kumukuha ng client?

  • Noong nag start ako ng freelancing lahat tinry ko, freelancer.com, guru.com, Upwork.com, pero pinaka nagustuhan ko si Online job kasi direct client ang pwede mong makuha. Maraming nagsasabi na sa Upwork kasi makakuha ka ng premium, and it’s true pro makakakuha ka rin ng premium sa online jobs if you know how to negotiate your rates.

Can you tell us some tidbits on how you were able to convince your client to sponsor you?

  •  Nag under-promise ako and over-deliver sa client ko, always. Higitan mo yung expectations niya. Share your interests to help her or his business.

When you communicate with your client, is it pure business, or do you sometimes go personal?

  • I do both. I always make sure na I communicate professionally sa business niya at the same time make the proper balance ng personal.

What are your final words sa mga audiences natin?

As a freelancer, we should always be growing and evolving, always improve our skills to perform better. Acquire a growth mindset, keep on hustling and never stop, also have your private life, pursue and attain a work-life balance.
