How’s your new year so far?

Is it shaping up the way you want it to be?

No worries if you’re still struggling with how to set your goals for 2022.

No need to overthink.

Know what you really want to achieve this year.

Something achievable or something you’re really passionate about.

Take one step at a time.

Be patient.

Keep on going even if there seems to be a lack of progress.

Remember: progress is still progress even if it’s slow.

It’s better than quitting.

Push beyond your limits and don’t be afraid of challenges along the way.

Speaking of challenges, dealing with tax issues as a freelancer can really be taxing (excuse the pun! LOL).

It’s a freelancer’s prerogative if he or she wants to independently file the necessary taxes.

But it’s better to do it the right way to avoid any regrets or problems later on.

Let’s discuss all the tax issues and concerns that online freelancers should be aware of.

  1. In my opinion, needed po siya for financing services. Yun lang proof natin na pwede kasi ipakita. Hirap po magloan or magapply sa mga financial services as freelancers. Sabi ng friend ko sa bank, during the pandemic, pagwala tayong ITR, we are tagged as OFW na nirestrict nila for loan offers.

  2. marami or malaki naman po ang exemptions or allowable deductions sa tax due, but whether exempted or not we still need to file it via on line or thru your assigned RDO collection offices.

  3. for those who are registered, this month is the month for the renewal until 30 january P500 lang naman po and can be paid via on line. malaki po and penalty pag na miss out po naten, this BIR form 2303

  4. Hello po ang last ko pong work eh sa Pasig pa po way back 2013. At ngayun po andito na po ako ngayun sa province starting to work Home-based na po. Any advise po? Can I go to our municipal hall and ask for form 2303? Thank you po.

  5. sa umpisa lang mahirap mag file but the succeding filing is very easy on line.. you need to download the latest eBIRform ...and you only have to follow the prompt on the screen of your computer
