  1. For me it’s not about the rate. It’s all about the skills na ma-aacquire during the term of employment dahil di naman lahat matututunan sa eskwelahan. You have to apply all the learnings and skills then may maeencounter kang mga problem along the way then you’ll learn from it.

  2. Sa totoo lang madami satin nahihiya mag ask ng kung pede mag taas ng rate kaya ang nigagawa ko nalang is sa new client ako nabawi dun ako nagtataas. Kasi sa client ko now sobrang bait talaga at sobrang chill kaya nahihiya ako mag ask ng raise and it’s totally fine

  3. Ako nahihiya din ako magtaas ng rate. Buti nalang yung client ko may kusa hahaha. Within 3 months time 3 times nya din ako tinataasan ng rate. And after 5 month nag offer sya for partnership. So ngayon aside from my monthly salary I also get 5% from the monthly profit. Hindi ganun kataas ang monthly basis but at least nakikita ni client yung worth ko.

  4. Maybe if newbie it is really hard to ask higher rate its not because your not confident enough or depends talaga. kahit naka pag training ka na or naka attend ka any Virtual Training.

  5. Ako kasi I know na may nagawa akong good sa company kasi nasabi sakin ni client na miracle worker daw ako pero ang fear ko kasi is baka magkaron sya ng ibang point of view about me kaya siguro ako nahihiya mag ask. And ang nakakatuwa lang kasi nakakapag open up ako sakanya ng goal ko and she agreed. So siguro ayun yun way ko to say na “client give me more time or give me a raise”

  6. Yes po. That's true po. Simula nung nagstart ako magwork when I was 17 years old. I treated the company as my own. And it helps me also gained knowledge on how to manage the business.
