  1. It really hurts, I also experience being rejected 3 times in a month

But God reminded me to keep trying again, keep moving forward and keep improving. Our time to breakthrough will come in His time and if we are ready

    Thank you FLIP & VABmates

  2. Yes po..nakakapanghina ang rejection..but I always look at the positive side ..I always saying to myself if God is breaking me He is blessing me ... nakuha ko po yan from one of those post ni mam mahar 🙂

  3. Painful but fruitful
When i attempted to join the sa BPO industry years back,I have had a lot of rejections to the point that I wanted to give up pero my purpose fueled me to strive harder . Know your purpose, why youre doing it in the first place? Where do you want to be? Those things will keep you motivated and be better

  4. How to deal rejections?

Nagmumukmok ako sa kwarto mga ilang minutes/oras. Tapos titingnan ko nalang mga anak ko, and then voila! Babalik yung rason ko kung bakit ko to sinimulan, bakit ko to pinasukan? Babalik at babalik talaga tayo sa BIG WHYs natin. Kaya punasan ang luha, makipag usap sa mga VABmates/friends na into freelancing din, and get some rest. Tomorrow is another day, another chance to showcase your skills. Laban ulit.

  5. We have to learn how to eat rejections. It’s part of our journey. Ang mahalaga huwag susuko dahil sa rejections. Kapag na reject pahinga muna at ianalyze kung ano yung mga reasons kung bat nareject. Next step, go on and work smarter.
