Dapat ba tayong matakot sa robot?

More and more jobs are being automated and assigned to computers and robots nowadays. Thanks to major advancements in technology, tasks that used to take hours to be completed get done in just minutes, and with fewer errors.

If you grew up in the 80's and 90's (or even before that), you know how much the world has changed. And because change is the only permanent thing in the world, we need to learn to adapt to changes if we want to survive.

The freelancing industry is growing and it's expected to continue its growth in the next few decades. However, as automation and artificial intelligence continue to advance, more and more jobs become at risk of going obsolete.

Should you be concerned? How can you, as a freelancer survive and thrive in this era of the machines?

Let's talk about that here on this FLIP Chat & Chill episode.

  1. If there is one thing that AI cant do is... Building a personal relationship with customers... That extra "isa pa with feelings", (starring carlo aquino and maine mendoza) sa cuatomers makes a looong way

  2. We should not be afraid, still human do to automate something, i'm a chat support and accdg. to my boss ma lelessen na work ko b'coz of automation but for me mapapadali lang kc i don't need to check the item serial number one by one😊

  4. I think AI provides convenience and better productivity in works.
But I also want to note that in AI, there is no sense of humanity. And that's something where we humans will not lose.
There are some things that people can do such us compassion for the client, and sudden adjustments in their personal and business life.
The best way to address AI, in my opinion, is a collaboration between humanity and technology.

  5. RPA, machine learning and AI Is really helpful specially that there are AI now that are created to show emphathy and care to some extend. but currently its really expensive even just RPA.. AI pa kaya. When we are deploying bots sa dati kong company bots usually takes repetitive taks. Pero hindi dapat tyo matakot This is actually an opportunity for us human to grow and take on the most complex task. We must promote human AI partnership.
