been working now with clients na hourly and fixed price, disadvantage lang ng with tracker is minsan nakakalimutan i.on ang tracker and you were paid kung ilan oras na.trabaho mo, unlike sa fixed price yung 8 hrs work ko nakukuha ko lng 3-4 hours the rest free nko but I am paid for an 8 hours work

if hourly rate ka and bgla nagmessage si client sayo na may need sila ipagawa sayo ASAP and over na sa hours mo, paano un, may OT ba? should you track pa dn?
I believe...some clients are trusting that they do not require time tracker but some requires it

Wala po ako contract, fixed din po ako EST ako. Salamat po sa pag sagot. I asked my client po kasi ako, and my client said I can either work on my rest day to compensate sa holiday, which is today labor day sa US.

Ako gusto ko ng tracker, pero ayaw ni client. Sabi niya 'Be honest' na lang daw. Kaya manual tracking na lang ang ginagawa ko
