Notable Quotes
- That is my goal talaga na gusto kong umuwi sa atin at magfreelancing na lang. I want to share na yung kita ko sa freelancing, it adds up sa pagpapatayo ko ng bahay sa Pilipinas kasi gusto kong makita yung pinaghirapan ko sa freelancing na masasabi kong “Ito ang bahay ko na katas ng freelancing!”
- I encourage our mga kababayan, mga kapatid, mga anak lalong-lalo na sa mga anak na may mga nanay at tatay na nag aabroad, consider yourself na magfreelancing at the same time kasi kaya nyo pong kumita while you’re working, you’re studying just to help your parents, kasi mahirap maging OFW. I consider nyo rin po na help nyo sila para meron din kayong source of income at kung gusto ng parents nyo na mag for good na sila sa Pilipinas baka gamitin din nila yung pera nila for their business para di na sila umalis ng Pilipinas. Definitely will use freelancing pag uwi ko ng Pilipinas.
- Sa ating mga OFW, invest yourself na kumuha ng ganitong course because it’s really helpful. Na experience ko na siya eh. While we are working, pagkauwi natin sa bahay pwede tayong mag freelancing para meron tayong another source of income.
- We should always believe in ourselves na maging successful tayo and focus in our goals, stop making excuses and build our confidence, think and dream creatively. We should not compare ourselves sa others dahil iba-iba and experiences natin sa buhay. Manage our environment, wag tayong maging katulad nila na tambay lagi, let us be resourceful and have a good attitude at the same time.
- Kung ikaw ay baguhan na freelancer, wala ka pang client, dig in more, press more. Wag kang mahihiya magtanong at humingi ng tulong, be humble yung acceptance na hindi ko to kaya, magtanong lang na “Can you please help me?”. Dapat maging adaptive at positive sa buhay. Turn defeat into victory, pagsubok lang yan. Just strive hard and think like a leader. You’re a leader of your own freelancing career.
- Thank you Sir Jason Dulay, you are a blessing.

Question and Answer
What made you take up freelancing?
Iyon ang naging inspiration at way ko na mag freelancing that time.
How’s your life as a freelancer now?
My life as a freelancer now is still in the process of learning more kasi there’s a lot of room to learn and explore kasi hindi pa dito natatapos lahat so marami pang dapat malaman and marami pang dapat matutunan.
It’s still a struggle kasi busy pa rin ako sa gabi working as a freelancer after ko magwork sa umaga. First client ko is first-time din magka freelancer.
What is the difference now that you are a freelancer and noong wala pa ang freelancing sa buhay mo?

The key to success is to focus on goals, not obstacles.
Instead of kuripot siguro, let's call it "masinop". Smart spending ba
