  3. Tips on making clients buy our PCs “I have this PC for 3 years. Lately I was experiencing blue screen. I asked my client if I can upgrade. He sent funds, he really invested in me. I was really thankful. We had plans on making great things.” - Jeff

  4. Client and Time Management on having more clients - “The current clients are the priority before other gigs. Instead of applying for other full time, other clients are project-based and my team are helpful in accomplishing those projects.” - Jeff

  5. What made you decide to build your own team? “I was a one-man team with 5 full time clients with shifts until 3-4 AM. That’s one of the reason why I outsourced.” - Jeff

  6. Were there any problems that you went through as a team? “So far none, I manage them myself. When we have a project, we have a meeting for brainstorming and questions. Issues arise when you immediately do the project without asking them.” - Jeff
