Yes, lahat yan sabay-sabay natin ginagawa minsan, especially if wala tayong katulong or if we’re living independently.

It’s definitely not easy but we need to do it and we get used to it as time goes by.

However, getting used to it doesn’t mean we’re always doing a great job and it doesn’t take a toll on us.

According to studies, our brains lack the ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.

The studies suggest that focusing on a single task is a more effective approach.

However, there are instances when multitasking is inevitable.

Particularly, to online freelancers who juggle several projects and side hustles at a time.

Since it’s a necessary evil, veteran freelancers have learned some strategies to help them handle multiple tasks or projects.

They set realistic goals.

They give themselves enough time to complete their tasks or goals.

They work at a steady pace.

It really takes a lot of time and experience to get the hang of it.

Practice makes progress.

  1. Accept natin na may limitations tayo and hindi lahat eh kaya natin gawin. We can work smarter, choose our commitments and our battles wisely, we delegate a task to others and know how to allocate your time, money and resources.

    Doing one thing at a time is really effective because you gain to focus on a task effectively and with mastery than doing a lot of multitasking pero ang result is on poor quality or average. At kung iba kayo ng work ethic ni client or ng mga kasama mo malalaman mo na lang yan either you adjust or go somewhere else that values your work ethic.

  2. Set reminders before meeting with your clients to go over important tasks and concerns. Using Google Calendars or Microsoft Teams helps you consolidate your notes and set reminders before each client section.

  3. "I worked for solution days. Stick to what u know. Analyze the average time for that project, then my strategy is to used sales funnel in a week"-I have a buffer in case there are priorities"-paul
