Hi She! No! You don't have to tell you're client/s you have a full time job especially if they're not asking about it. I am currently working as a VA for 3 long term clients and a Top Rated VA on Upwork while working full time sa corporate. Look for projects or job posts that you think are flexible. Marami yan sa Upwork. Hope this helps 🙂

Hi Sir Jason, I have a client which is 30/hrs per week and my task is to create email content (intro) for his prospects. He’s giving me around 300 leads per week pero I was able to finish it ahead of time which means di pa ubos ang 30hrs ko tapos ko na ang task. What should I do po? I also considered asking for new tasks pero tapos na ang week bago pa sya magbigay ng panibagong list 😂😂Nanghihinyang kasi ako sa remaining hours na di ko nacoconsume. Anyway, flexi time po sya.. Thanks! 🙂

1. Learn bakit hindi in-aaprove ni Upwork ang profile mo.
