Have you experienced feelings of isolation even if you can work at any time of the day?

Do you still feel stressed even if you don't need to face heavy traffic?

Have you noticed a change in your mental health now that you work from home?

Here's the thing.

Working from home can challenge your mental health.

And taking care of your mental health is just as important as engaging in physical activity and eating nourishing food.

Now, first things first.

It's okay not to be okay.

It's okay not to be okay.

It's okay not to be okay.

It's okay not to be okay.

Did I say it's okay not to be okay?

Embrace where you are and make adjustments from there.

You can create a routine and stick to your schedule.

Sure. Working from home allows you to work anytime.

But when you have your tasks organized, you mentally prepare yourself for what to expect the whole day.

It's also important to take a break from all forms of digital screens.

And don't forget to schedule fun activities.

All work and no play will stress you out.

Now, these are just some of the things you can do to manage your mental health while working from home.

We'll have more of these on Monday, June 22, in our FLIP Chat & Chill session at 5pm.

Don't forget to share this with your friends who might benefit from it.

See you!
