These people or situations are inevitable and out of our control.
I believe we need to let go and take away its power over us.
Don’t allow the stressors to take charge and rule over our emotions.
Be at peace and don’t dwell on it.
Rather, it would be better to focus on the immense blessings surrounding us.
Choose your thoughts carefully.
Keep what brings you pace.
Let go of things or people that bring you suffering.
Be light and free.
