Soon we're going to celebrate Mother's Day.
And I'm pretty sure we'll celebrate it at home. 😉
But here's the thing.
Hindi man tayo makalabas para mamasyal or to eat out, let's not forget to give honor, hugs and kisses to our moms.
Speaking of moms, our guest for tomorrow's JasSuccess is a mother herself.
Her name is Glendz.
In fact, the reason she wanted to do freelance work is her daughter.
"I want to spend more time with her and support my husband and my parents financially."
She didn't initially know that it's possible to work from home.
"I have planned to leave my job a long time ago but I can't find any company that will
allow me to work from home.
At first, I didn't know that you can make a living online and I thought that it be
impossible for me to find a job as a freelancer.
My major turning point came after I enrolled in VABootcamp and found a supportive community of fellow freelancers. This is when I started to have confidence and began searching for other opportunities."
What's great is that she's been an admin assistant for a few years so it's not difficult for her to choose virtual assistant as her freelance career.
"I was an admin assistant for a few years and I enjoy doing this job. This is why I chose to be a Virtual Assistant. I am willing to learn a new niche in the future but I want to take it easy since I still have a full-time job."
Learn more about her — how she's able to work full time, handle client work and take care of her daughter — tomorrow at 8pm.
She also prepared a gift for those who'll share the link to her interview. So watch out for it.
