“Don’t let your fear of failure stop you from realizing your dreams.”
Lahat tayo meron mga pangarap sa buhay.
Mahirap, mayaman, single ka man or hindi.
But not everybody is able to achieve their dreams.
Live a life they love.
Or live a successful and happy life.
WHY?
Because some people didn’t even try to do so.
FEAR stopped some people from even trying or making one small step forward.
Afraid of facing failure.
Afraid that they’re not capable or skilled enough
Afraid of criticism or judgment from other people.
According to comedian Bill Cosby, in order to succeed, your desire for success must be greater than your fear of failure.
I believe that fear should be used as a compass or tool to point us to the areas where we need to grow and improve further.
Successful people also face fears, but they don’t let those stop them.
They do it afraid.
Take risks.
Be brave.
Just like Joyance.
She’s a housewife and a former online seller.
Her stint as a Mary Kay independent beauty consultant gave her ideas to work as a VA.
But like other online freelancers, it was not an easy road to take.
There were several challenges and setbacks along the way.
Her mental health struggles, lack of experience, and finding a long-term client.
However, she didn’t give in to her fears and worries.
They were overwhelming but she remained patient and persistent.
Now, she earns Php 12,000/month and can spend more time with her twin daughters.
She is enjoying the flexibility and time that her current freelancing work provides.
Her patience, hard work, and persistence led to her breakthrough.
