Nice topic! Anyway, when someone did anything like that to me, what I do is, from that day on, I would distance myself even if that person used to be a good friend. I realized that, there is nothing I could do about it. If I confronted them, it will only worsen the situation so I just walk away from the 'closeness' we had but I can keep the 'friendship' or whatever it is and pray, ask for courage to help me move on and to find it in my heart to forgive them and live happy & stress free.
