A few days from now and we'll be celebrating Father's Day.

So it's time to honor ang mga haligi ng tahanan.

Just like motherhood, it's not easy being a father.

Aside from being a good provider, a dad is also expected to be a supportive partner and a role model to his children.

And it doesn't come without challenges.

Especially if they decide to work from home to be with their family 24/7.

To give honor to the man of the house, we'll dedicate our FLIP Chat & Chill to them.

On Monday, June 14, at 6 PM, we'll talk about...

  1. Am married for 9years now, no kids. Advantage na sana for me na wfm pero may inaasikaso akong 32yrs old na husband na kelangan e baby sit eh lol... but work and life balance is all about strategizing and part of it is making time table or daily schedule that's time bounded.

  2. Dads are unnoticeably the best at practicing work and life balance. They always stick to time bounded priorities. They always take 1 step at a time. Unlike women, they are mostly not a multitaskers in a sense na pinagsasabay sabay lahat, men are primarily decisive about the present situation na may longterm effect and or benefit.

  3. Yung brother ko is an electrical engineer by profession and he has been working as logistics manager of San Miguel Corp. When he became a dad, things has been tight that includes finances and time availability. When I started wfm palagi nya sinasabi na naku ate sinasayang mo yung pagkakataon mo na sana eh mataas na posisyon mo sa corporate. I just showed him how comfortable my work is like, nasa bahay managing and working my own pace and yet earning as much as he is. Exactly a year ago today he left the corporate job and now a freelancer like me

  4. Hi everyone! sa case ko si wife naman more on business kc sya and pag tatahi na sa bahay lang. And ako naman transitioning to online Freelancing from corpo. no child pa kami as of now pero I feel you guys. Thumbs up to you all Dads!

  5. Maraming husbands na psychologically are inferior about wives earning more than they do. Sabi ng marami nakakalalaki daw.. lam nyo kaming mga wives baliktad mas happy kami pag malaki sahod or earning ni mister kasi meaning nun eh more budget for us and yung earning namin will just be a contingency fund.
