  1. Hi Jason Dulay the next logical step for high level freelancers is to open an agency in Upwork. Do you have an agency in Upwork? You can also get many people accepted in Upwork if you have an agency. I have been thinking of opening one. Maybe you can have a segment on this?

Hi po matagal na po akong enrolled sa inyo..kaso naghihinayang lang ako kac hindi ko mamaximize...may binabantayan akong family business, at ung environment ko magulo..kahit nasa house ako i feel like im not home...puro away...i want to cry..just sharing po...pray for me po kung pano ko ipaparealize sa kanila na nagtatarabho din ako feeling nila tambay ako..

I am sad to hear your story, pero you know what, you can start with simple steps, as long as you work out something kahit maliit na bahay pa yan, you will eventually create a habit of doing things.. All you need is to start! and the good news is, ngayon palang, I see that you are starting.. keep it up.. learn little by little.. then apply!

  3. I negotiated with a client a payment of 300usd per week back in 2008. Then after 4 months got promoted to a 500usd per week job. Those were the days when homebased jobs were unheard of pa. There weren't any parameters in terms of payment pa noon, no experienced to draw back on kaya ang employers noon pakitang gilas ka lang at lakasan ng loob ng negotiate ng rate mo hahaha. I remember reading from "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" book, "You don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiated" But of course you should have the skill to back it up. Those were the days Hayys
