What works for me, to know what my skills are, I asked some people closed to me. Sila kasi mg validate kung skills ko ba talaga yun, or baka kasi ng assumed lang ako,

Filipinos are our own worst critics.

Hindi po ito paramihan ng certificates. Patibayan ito ng metrics and results.
