So figure out which tasks need to be done in what order, and tick them off one by one.
Also, say NO to multitasking.
It doesn't make you time-efficient.
Choose a more important task first. Then do repetitive tasks that don't require much mind power when you're a little tired.

As much as possible we dedicate time to rest because in the long run to all the work and responsibilities we have will be at risk if we get sick. So as much as possible we should all include it on our routines without compromise.
Mandatory 8 hrs of sleep is good. Especially when done without interruption.
