Have you checked on your health lately?

Sure, being a freelancer has a lot of benefits.

Setting your own hours.

Working from home in your pajamas.

But whether we admit it or not, it's not all roses and sunshine.

There are isolation, financial pressure, and a possible toll on your health.

So using self-care strategies is a must, especially during these times that we're in.

Fit body = Fit mind

Spending some time taking care of yourself first will naturally reap the rewards in terms of improved work performance.

And if it seems that there are constantly 101 things that need to be done, here's the solution.

Prioritize.

Not all tasks need to be done right away. Tama?

So figure out which tasks need to be done in what order, and tick them off one by one.

Also, say NO to multitasking.

It doesn't make you time-efficient.

Choose a more important task first. Then do repetitive tasks that don't require much mind power when you're a little tired.

Makes sense?

Cool!

Now, successful freelancers aren't only successful because of their skills or how much they earn. They're able to succeed because they take care of their health.

Discover how they do it by watching this replay.

  1. Quick question to Dj Phoenix, Ms. A, sir Jason and sir John. Di naman ba kayo nakakalimot uminom ng enough water? And to Ms. Eli, may mga best time po ba sa pag-inom ng tubig like sabi sa mga nababasa ko na maganda raw after waking up in the morning before breakfast?

  2. As much as possible we dedicate time to rest because in the long run to all the work and responsibilities we have will be at risk if we get sick. So as much as possible we should all include it on our routines without compromise.

  3. Struggle in mmy part here. Parang BIR.
