My advice, tried to niche out and identify your target market or client then hunt them thru social media, Linkedin.. join their community, like FB pages connect with them and they will start to notice you and maybe hired you n the future 🙂
Question though: since i will be a newbie (planning to jump to online job) what platforms can you give to start in? Also, is it really important to have bpo background? I have one though, but as a corporate support, and not as a production/agent staff.
