Relate ka ba dito?

Malamig na pawis.

Lakas ng tibok ng dibdib.

Nangagatog na tuhod.

No, I'm not talking about the experience when watching a horror or suspense film.

I'm talking about what others usually feel whenever they'll go for a job interview.

Especially pag first time.

You feel anxious.

Ang daming what if's.

I want you to know that it's normal.

But whether we like it or not, we have to go through this process.

It's a necessary part of the hiring process — so figuring out a way around the anxiety is the key.

Here's the thing.

Interviews are a business meeting.

I mean, do we want to do business with one another?

That’s all it is.

If you're invited to an interview, it means that they think there’s a good chance that you’ll be someone with whom they want to do business with you.

Right?

Because, if not, clients won't waste their time messaging you about it.

If you are a good prospect, then it’s just a matter of developing the right amount of confidence...and make a good impression.

And that's what we'll talk about tomorrow in our FLIP Chat & Chill.

If you wanna know how to make a good impression during the job interview, watch this replay.

  1. is it ok kung first nakita mo 10-15 proposal submitted if research pa then mag submit ng cover letter 50+ proposal submitted na after you research the client?

  2. #RealTalk Minsan kung sino pa yung Filipino, sila pa yung maselan sa interview. Ultimo yung diphthongs and wrong syllable pronounced, naka-catch nila tapos may dahilan na sila para di ka kunin (wala eh, di ako maka-let go, hahaha)

      1. May nakita nga po ako last time na isang post. Pag Filipino daw, dapat flawless ang English. Pero kapag ibang lahi daw, kahit balubaluktot English, tanggap siya.
While ako naman, Filipino people want a 100% score sa grammarly. Pag ibang lahi sasabihan ako, "Hey. Just write the way you speak."

  3. Recently I encountered this question: What job you don't want to do?
Na-confuse po ako kung magsasabi ako ng totoo kasi baka ma-turn-off ang client or play safe. What the best answer for this kind of question. Slmat po. Good afternoon coaches!

  4. Would you hire me if I have the following in my cover letter or interview: I will apply my 7 years job experience as your Personal Virtual Assistant to help you manage your time and your business.
